It all began when Fernanda and her crew started using “tacutie” as a nickname. That playful bond inspired Luis to launch his own venture after facing rejection from a major chain. We began locally, feeding neighbors and refining our recipes while creating a space for togetherness. Everything fell into place quickly. With Erick mastering the grill, Ricardo structuring the business, and our community cheering us on, we proudly debuted on November 1, 2023.
